The following rules apply generally during the current safety measures for the Corona virus:
Presence: There is always someone present at the front table and
- checks compliance with the rules
- users are encouraged to record their name and telephone number as well as date and time of use in the list provided (contact tracing is possible)
- ask those entering to disinfect their hands
- provide protective masks free of charge on request (for usage in the space)
Space:
- maximum number of persons in the space: 15 (incl. the supervisor)
- yellow crosses at a distance of 2m on the floor
- once a day (1) the floor is mopped
- the table tops are disinfected each time the user changes
- equipment for video conferences is available (microphone is protected by plastic)
- Payment: if possible contactless or on account
Kitchen:
- no more washing up by hand, only by machine
- all food in the refrigerator is labelled with first name and date
- the refrigerator is checked twice a week
- once a day (1) the floor is mopped
Toilets:
- enough paper towels are available
- Disinfectant is always available
- once per day (1) the toilet and washbasin is cleaned
- once per day (1) the floor is mopped
Windows:
- are available to members with surrounding shops as a priority for advertising
- communicate our hygiene measures
- inform about Covid
Mail:
- who owns a mailbox will be notified of new mail on request (Home Office)
