Digital City

Zurich's Mayor Corine Mauch recently wrote in the first electronic edition of the Tagblatt: "The digital city must also be a city where we meet personally and where all Zurich citizens feel at home. Thinking urbanity today means designing not only physical space but also the digital world."

NetHood develops in L200 a hybrid urban node, equipped with a local wireless network accessible only when someone visits the space.

Such a local network allows the creation of a digital space overlaying the physical one, which can be fully designed and governed by those concerned. More on this topic will be announced soon.
